RE:Monitise PLC-SHS Isin: GBOOBIYMRB82. CDP A/C 1681-0528-7879
I held shares in Monitise through my custodian bank. Recently the bank sold all my shares in this company without refering/advising me. I was told later that FISERV in US bought the company and it was a mandatory condition to sell the shares as all shareholders do not have a choice to vote to sell or not to sell. As i have no idea whether my bank has properly processed the sale, i hope that SGX can advise/comment. I look forward to hearing from you. Regards,
