History
Zipcar was founded in the year 2000 by Antje Danielson and Robin Chase. It started services in June in that year around Boston, MA. The company soon witnessed an exponential growth and opened offices at Washington, New York, San Francisco, Toronto, London, and Vancouver etc. In 2007, the company merged with Flexcar.
