Respected Luqman Sir, Honourable Peshawar High Court and Honourable Supreme Court of Pakistan's order / judgement in abeyance in PIA )No implementation) On 3rd November-2016, Honourable Peshawar High Court issued a historical order / judgement No. WP-1355-P/2013 which was also extended / endorsed by Honourable Supreme Court of Pakistan in favour of pititioners vide CP NO. 11-P/2017 dated 15th February - 2018. Honourable Court in his judgement stated that after retirement on superannuation, Group Insurance amount deducted from the monthly salaries of Civil Servants during their entire service may be refunded. Approx: one and half year period have been passed, but PIA have still not implemented and kept judgement in abeyance. Moreover, when Top Management of PIA i. E. CEO PIA, COO PIA and Manager Insurance PIA have been contacted in writing that it was found that there is neigher implementation nor issued any instructions down the line.
