Do you have a repair cente, cost of repair. Please advice.

Order3617 Purchased the Eternity Wide Band Ring with two Rows of Topaz some of the stones have fallen out I just purchased the ring June 2019 I paid far too much money for this to have happened I do not want a store credit from you I want my $360. 00 back ASAP or I'm calling the credit card company I have the RMA12368 for the return back to you.
