BGE Corporate Phone Number, Contact Address, Customer Service

I met a representative for BGE by the name of Fred I do not recall his last name.) while he was walking through my neighborhood to set up energy audits. My audit was set up for 16 AUG 2016. The technician (Tony?) explained he couldn't complete the audit at 330 pm since he had a job at 400pm. I was not rescheduled with Tony. However, two days later (18th), Fred was going through the area again doing a follow-up. I was rescheduled for Monday, 22 AUG 2016. No one came, no one called and more of my time was wasted. Please refund me all expenses paid for this wonderful service BGE is charging me. I believe it called theft. Sometimes it's called fraud when you pretend you are going to provide a service, but do not. I can contact the Better Business Bureau or simply refund my money. Thanks for nothing, Jim Jim Breunig 8203 Willow St. Laurel, MD 20707 PS I hope this email goes to corporate as you claim so someone knows what's happening in the field. I gave Fred a bottle of water because it was extremely hot and humid when he was doing your business. Fred deserves a bonus for his efforts; I can not say anything good for the rest of those involved in your process.
