Windsor Airport originally known as Windsor International Airport is a public airport situated in the city of Windsor of Ontario province. The airport is an international airport as clear from its name and is owned by the Windsor City Council and operated by Your Quick Gateway, Inc. Your Quick Gateway is a a federal share corporation. Windsor International Airport is served by number of airlines operating in the country. Some of the airline companies amongst those are Air Canada Express, Cameron Air, Porter Airlines, Sunwing Airlines and WestJet. In addition to passenger flight operations, the airport is served by a cargo airline named SkyLink Express and offer chartered airplane services. Windsor International Airport is used for public flight operations and general aviation.

Windsor International Airport was first opened in the year 1928 as
Walker Airport named after an American entrepreneur named
Hiram Walker. It was first included in the list of national portfolio of Canadian Airports in the year 1967 after a long demand of a national airport in Southwestern Ontario. The airport has two runways and single passenger terminal for flight operations. There are several facilities available at Windsor airport passenger terminal including waiting rooms, public seating ares, coffee machines, and many others.
Windsor International airport underwent renovation several times since its establishment. According to a report published on 31st of December 2010, the airport had 25,976 aircraft movements.
