What is VicRoads?
Roads Corporation of Victoria or VicRoads is a state road and traffic authority corporation in the state of Victoria, Australia. VicRoads was formed as a result of merge between Road Construction Authority and Road Traffic Authority. The primary responsibilities of the corporation are construction and maintenance of road network, Vehicle registration and driver licensing. VicRoads is responsible for road research and safety, it also regulates the accident towing industry of Victoria.
