Sir i have done a fd i your uco bank bud bud be code number 0606. FD serial number 7136648 dt 23/06/2008. FD amount Rd 50000/-. Which was matured in 23 Mar 2016 and the gross amount in figure stands Rd 101569/-. This amount is till not paid by your above mentioned be to me. After several visit in the bank met with be manager and concerned staff dealing with this matter not responding with me properly and made me hassle all the time. They said the FD was not recorded or updated at the time of bank automation and as a result my f2f has been missed from their record. Sir I am widow of railway employee my only son had unemployed and i on depended all my late husband future plans done for us for our survival. The amount is major concerned over me which was overlooked by your bank staff and manager. It is my request to you kindly take my case in priority and paid my FD back to with all interest. I shall ever be thankful to u.
