I need to know where I can send a claim, I received the worst service in the location of Querétaro, México. My Kizashi was in the workshop by two months and one week, due to a warranty problem, when the car was delivered to me, it presented a hit in the rear bumper and the responsible of the workshop did not accept their fault and in addition to this he treated me as a liar, I asked him to talk with the general manager and he did not call him, in fact he asked me to go out of the workshop. Dear Mr I bought a Suzuki Gran Vitara car in the company Millenium Barra da Tijuca - Rio de Janeiro. The new car was purchased with leather seats. After 03 years of use and with approximately 60, 000 km, leather seats began to tear. Today the car has 71, 000 km. I was in the car dealership to complain about the bad state of the leather lining. Unfortunately, commercial and post sales managers said they could change if I paid an amount considered half the original price. My brother has a 2002 year Suzuki Every lining is in perfect condition. Dear Sir I have booked Suzuki Cultus VXR in July 2017 and paid excessive amount of rupees 10000/- I contacted customer services Pak Suzuki motors company number of times for refund, but nobody is interested to resolve my problem. It is requested to take strict action against concerned person. The invoice details are as follows: invoice date: 26/10/17 invoice number is vi-17108036 Amount due: 1265000 Rupees Amount paid: 1275000 rupees Difference receiveable: 10000 rupees.
