Stobhill Hospital was started in Balornock Road, Glasgow, Scotland, 1907. In 1948 it was moved to the NHS, under the Panel of Control for Glasgow North Hospitals. The Marie Curie Cancer Care hospice was opened with 52 bed, in 1976.
