Sonam Kapoor is an Indian Bollywood Actress and was formerly a model. She is a daughter of the famous Bollywood actor Anil Kapoor. She was born on June 9, 1985 in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. She is one of the most famous and fashionable Indian celebrities. She did her schooling from Arya Vidya Mandir, Juhu and was enrolled to do her International Baccalaureate in United World College of South East Asia which is a boarding school in Singapore. For a period of two years she studied theatre and arts in Singapore. From the University of East London she studied Political Science and Economics. She started her acting career in year 2007 and is also a classical dancer. In year 2004, before starting her acting career she also worked as an assistant director under Sanjay Leela Bhansali.
