Hello the first problem I have is that you have phone numbers listed that are invalid. Secondly you all did not inform me the customer that there is going to be an automatic withdrawal annually before I put my credit card information in because if I was aware I would not have signed up. I no longer want the service and I do not want my credit card charged again for the upcoming year, so I need to know how to get removed off of the annual payment as well as to cancel service thank you.
