Hello I have been a loyal customer for over 30yrs I have never had a bad time till today I was on the American EAGLE and when I got off the ride and notice the contents of my sister bag were Gone her new I phone all her identification her drivers license insurance card debit card gold season pass with dining pass all gone and LITTLE was done not one of your employees offered to replace even her season pass I have always felt safe in your park till now all the signs about cameras to know not one person said let us check the camera we let them know within 15mins or less of the theft is a shame I do not think I will get a response to this to know a place I have loved to go would cost my loved one HUNDREDS of dollars is just heartbreaking.
