What is Singapore General Hospital?
Singapore General Hospital is the multi-specialty hospital that was established in the year of 1821. It is one of the oldest and largest healthcare center in the country. The hospital has shifted to many places since its establishment and finally settled down at Sepoy Lines in Outram Road. It is also a teaching hospital offering education and training to medical students.

The hospital houses four healthcare specialty centers such as Singapore National Eye Centre (SNEC), the National Cancer Centre (NCC), the National Dental Centre (NDC) and the National Heart Centre (NHC).
