Hello, My Kenmore Elite induction range stopped working after a pop sound on Dec. two, 2016. I called Sears and they booked a service visit for Dec. 6. The technician came with wrong parts; for microwave oven, and had to reschedule me for Dec. 12th. I took time off work. The technician came, couldn't fix it, shot off the working oven and told me that Sears can not fix it because it is too costly to fix the problem. I explained that I have a warranty on the range and if it is not fixable, Sears must replace it with a new one. He literally run away, because he broke my oven, too and left me with completely shot off stove and oven. I am unable to find a technician to fix the unit. It is three weeks I do not have a stove to cook, we are a family of four eating out every day and it is very costly and inconvenient. Besides it is Christmas and Holidays season and it is a huge celebration in my family like so many other families. It is not acceptable to leave my family in this situation while I paid for the warranty to have a peace of mind with my appliances. I bought all my appliances from Sears and have been a loyal customer for years. I would appreciate if someone could take care and solve my problem as soon as possible. I do not know who to call or where to go anymore. I even went to the store where I bought it and the manager said he can not do anything unless he has an order from the head office.
