What is RERA?
RERA or Real Estate Regulatory Agency is a governmental body which is accountable for designing and implementing roles for Real Estate sector in United Arab Emirates. The agency was formed in July, 2007. The company promotes the foreign investment in real estate field. RERA has its own legal authority and is financial independent. Want to Know abt apartments
While registering the apartment what all details the builder has to mention in the registry. Buildup area. Super buildup area etc. Stairs. Lobby area water tank, ect are included in super buildup area or not.
