O2 Academy Leeds (formerly known as Leeds Academy) is a music venue in England, located at Leeds, West Yorkshire, United Kingdom. It was established in the year 2008 and initially it was called O2 Academy. In 2010, O2 Academy Leeds was nominated for the TPi Awards for the favorite venue in the country. The academy is owned by Academy Music Group. It has a capacity of about 2,300 people. The academy also has an underground space with a capacity of 400 people. It is regarded as the largest music venue in the city. The genre of the Leeds Academy is Rock and Comedy. There are Three performance areas in the academy.
