I have not used my 2150 max for a while so purchased Software update Art, No: D09020373, on 4th Sept, Order number 2245877. When I go to 'Download Maps and services', I am told, ' Up until now, you have not purchased any maps or services. '. I am connected to navigon Fresh. What am I doing wrong?
