Sir on Oct 21 I ordered the R399 uncapped mweb optic fibre package via Findfibre. I am in possession of the Vumatel line and the CPE box was installed more than a year ago. I am STILL waiting for the installation of my router and finalconnection. So far nothing has happened. My order number is FindmyFibre 5639 and my mweb account number is 556425. According to my delivery status everything is stuck by Vumatel. Why? Advise soonest plse.
