What is Met Mumbai?
MET Mumbai stands for Mumbai Educational Trust a major educational trust set up by "Chhagan Bhujbal" in 1989. The trust is affiliated from University of Mumbai and presently offers degrees in Management, Insurance, Mass Media, Information Technology, Pharmacy, Engineering, Music Therapy and Distance Learning. Mumbai Educational Trust offers its entire programs with the support of its fourteen institutions namely Institute of Management, Institute of Medical Sciences, Institute of Information Technology, Institute of Computer Science, Institute of Distance Learning, Institute of Software Development and Research, Institute of Trichology, Institute of Alternative Careers, Institute of International Studies and Rishikul Vidyalaya. MET Mumbai is also connected with its one other branch which is situated in Nashik and known as MET Nashik. MET Mumbai also imparts corporate training and continuous learning through two organizations namely Mazagon Dock Ltd and Merck Ltd.
