May I kindly request that through you PLDT install the Telpad unit delivered via courier to our residence sometime in the 1rst qtr of this year and which remains uninstalled as i am not a techie. I have called pldt 171, talked to five people today only to get a firm NO to this request. I remember being sweet talked by a telemarketer of the benefits to upgrade, but it frustrates me that up to now pldt is not interested in installing what i already purchased.
