HI GOOD MORNING I WOULD LIKE TO GUVE A BAD FEEDBACK TO YOUR STAFF AIRCON LG (MAINTAENANCE). I ALREADY FULLY PAID FIR INSTALLATION FOR THE two SPLIT AIRCON UNIT AND THE two COMPRESSOR. THE WORST THING IS THEY NEVER COME BACK AND RE DO/NEVER DO THE PROPER JOB AND THEY DINT EVEN BOTHER TO CHECK IS IT THE AIRCON IS WORKING CORRECTLY BUT DIDN'T. WE CALLED BUT THE MAINTENACE OFFICE (EMCOR) NO ONE ANSWERED. SO I MADE A TRIP TO EMCOR THEY GIVE US ANOTHER SCHEDULE BUT THEN NEVER COMPLY. DO YOU KNOW HOW MUCH TIME WASTED WAITING FOR NOTHING. PLEASE DO SOMETHING FOR THIS. ITS A LOUSY SERVICE. I ALREADY FULLY PAID BUT YOUR STAFF HAVE NO ACTION. CAN THE MANAGEMENT CAN HELP TO SOLVE THIS ISSUE? I DONT LIKE TO KEEP DRAGGING THIS.
