Dear Sir/Madam, This concerns my plight as a client of the Register of Deeds in Ilagan, Isabela because it has been too long that the said office is unable to issue my requested Ecopy of TCT for my Pag-IBIG housing loan. I am supposed to be granted my first release of fund from my HDMF housing loan bu I am short of one requirement --the Ecopy of title bearing the annotation of mortgage. On May 20, 2016, my spouse and I submitted the signed LMA and the original TCT to RD Ilagan, Isabela for annotation. We also requested Ecopy of the annotated TCT. We were told that the processing will take 20-working days, hence, we were scheduled to retrieve our documents on June 20, 2016. However, an unfortunate fire incident took place at the RD office, on June 17, 2016. All operations of the office were suspended. They resumed their operations on August and we were able to retrieve our annotated LMA and the original copy of TCT. Unluckily, we were not able to get the Ecopy because according to the personnel of the RD, their system is not yet online and they are waiting for the go signal from the central office. Now, my housing loan application is to be cancelled by Pag-IBIG if I cannot submit the needed Ecopy tomorrow (October 28, 2016). With regards to the above mentioned, will you be so kind to enlighten me with the following: 1. When will LRA give the go signal to RD Ilagan to go online? How much longer are we going to wait? 2. Will you be able to help us secure the Ecopy that we've been longing for all these months ago? Will you unfreeze the issuance of our Ecopy upon submission to your office scanned registry's copy of our TCT? I shall appreciate your favorable action regarding this query and request.
