I want to asked my rights as employee, did the annual leave and maternity leave can be pay separately. I reached my two years In my company and they gave me only 40 days I will deliver my baby soon in my country in Philippines. But 40 days is not enough annual and maternity at the same time.

Greetings Kindly i am writing in regards to a situation i did not know whether is right. I currently resigned from a position at work and i gave 30 days notice, but my company deducted all my gratuity, 10 days salary, all my 13 annual leave so as to cater for expenses of bringing me here. I have worked for one year and three months, but i never understood why. My contract also is on unlimited basis and due to that i encountered all the deductions and should pay my ticket back home. Please advice since i never understood why all those charges. Kindly contact me for further clarification if any is needed. Thank you very much for responses and kind answers.

Respected, I am Mirza Naushad Baig . Indian nationality and currrently working as Structural Engineer in ITCC company. I have finished two years of service out of five years open end contract. I have recently resigned for this current job because of salary delay issue and currently on notice period of one month. I have got an offer from IDC consultant company and have signed the offer letter. This company can arrange Indian visa for me. Will you please advice me on changing the job procedure as per Qatar law. If i cancel this current company visa and go back India. Can i come back on new visa from IDC company.
