I need to make changes to my epf pengeluaran - its now to my maybank, but my maybank is being hack and for safety maybank will close the account by tomorrow - I need my withdrawl to be sent to my cimb account - i believe there is a record of my cimb previoulsy. 1. 31/7/2016 saya ada apply pengeluaran untuk claim anak belajar. 2. 7/8/2016 saya terima SMS bahawa pengeluaran saya reject sebab document tidak lengkap. 3. 14/8/2016 saya beri document yang tidak lengkap kepada pegawai kwsp yang bernama Encik Azri Bin Abdul Ghani. En Azri cakap ok. Document saya sudah lengkap. Pada hari khamis 18/8/2016 Encik Azri mintak lagi document iaitu surat pertauliahan, surat revise tawaran dan slip spm anak dengan chop pengarah tempat anak belajar iaitu di ADTEC BATU PAHAT. 4. 21/8/2016 saya submit lagi document tu pada encik azri. Since today 5/9/2016 saya tidak dapat jawapan samaada permohonan saya ini berjaya atau tidak. Semua document yang pihak KWSP hendak saya sudah pun beri. Sekian Terima Kasih.
