I have purchased one of your Advent calenders, but unfortunately I am unable to download. I have been able to do so in previous years, but for some reason not so lucky this year. I am wondering if has been caused by the fact I can no longer get Google Chrome. If this is the case can you please advise me of a possible solution.

I have an account with you people and have had one for many years, but in the last six months or so can not open the viewing ability with your site - also was so angry the last time I tried to set up a card to send a and view before sending and it kept saying i do not have flash and i do - i asked to not renew my account, but i rely enjoyed using it before and do want to still keep my membership, but sure would like it to be a little more user friendly - what can i do or better yet what can you do to go back to how it was before - Sincerely, Roberta Miller .

Dear I was given, as a gift, one of your mountain village Christmas advent calendars. After several days of Successfully accessing it, it now says loading, when I press the activation link, and does nothing else. Can you please help? It's odd that this has suddenly happened and it's preventing me for using/enjoying the product. Thank you, Ann .
