iCare is completely and officially called as Independent Care Health Plan that is a health care services provider, providing both Medicare and Medicaid insurance Benefits for people with physical, developmental and emotional disabilities. The Independent Care Health Plan has been offering services since 1994, and it was the result of two originations, Humana Wisconsin Health Organization Insurance Corporation, a subsidiary of CareNetwork Inc., and MCFI. iCare is awarded with a national award that was won by it in the U.S. Department of Health and Social Services "Models that Work" competition.
