The HardDisk (HD) of my sons HP compaq presario CQ71 310SD notebook is crashed, however we got an used HD from our friends from their HP compaq presario type? After installing this new HD is my sons notebook, I ran the recovery. Altough Windows seven was fresly installed, the recovery did not went well wsince e. G. The USB port are not working anymore, moreover the correct driver for the graphical card was not installed. Posting this problem at HS forum, it became clear the recovery is really Notebook type specific, that's why we are facing the problems. So my question, would it possible to provide the correct recovery data for my sons notebook?
