i have a problem with my hp laptop i formated it a month ago and i am trying to open my 3ds max program, but it keeps on giving me this blue screen writing : "your PC ran into a problem and needs to restart. " the error is "VIDEO_DXGKRNL_FATAL_ERROR"
i tried to update the NVIDIA, but it didn't workdo you know if the problem is with my laptop or should i visit one of your stores here in florence italy because i am a student here doing my masters and i need to fix this problem urgently and as soon as possible. Thank you in advance
