History
The company was founded in the year 1927 and within the one year of its foundation, the founder launched its five products in the market that are spinach, prunes, beef vegetable soup, carrots and strained peas. In 1994, the company combined with the Sandoz Laboratories. In the year 2007, Nestle paid 5.5 billion dollars to overtake the company and thus became the parent company of Gerber.
