In February I underwent a medical examination in order to reinstate my Certificate. The doctor deferred the approval to the central office, not because I was ill or suffering ANY medical condition, but because I disclosed that in 2007 I underwent non-invasive surgery to remove a kidney stone. Thereafter, I received a demand from the FAA to produce a plethora of medical records that have nothing to do with the kidney stone. Nevertheless I provided all the medical records required, including a letter stating that I have no medical condition that would preclude me from flying an airplane, yet I still have not received medial clearance. Several calls to the FAA have failed to produce any effective assistance in issuing the medical certificate. I am deliberately being denied authority to fly an airplane by inaction, and unequal treatment based on prejudice. Please issue my medical clearance immediately.
