Hi
I have a De Longhi TCH Ceramic fan heater which frequently cuts out and the green flashing dot (tip over switch) appears, especially if I use the "swing" facility for rotating heat. There is no reset button, and I need to switch it off at the mains for a period, after which it works again. If I switch on too soon then the green dot appears. Please tell me how to solve this problem which renders a very effective appliance useless. Many thanks

Just purchased aToaster made by Delonghi and it just does not work, the on levers won't stay down, and the defrost and reheat indicator lights do not light up. Really poor show for your Product.
