I would suggest the following tool. Created an socket extension for a 1/4" and 3/3" ratchet that has a screwdriver handle. The extension would be on one end, and the other would have a drive drive in the handle. Other companies have made this, but I have never seen this from Craftsman, or popular North American hand tool manufacturers for that matter. There are two possible designs, the first would be similar to a screw driver, where the extension is pressed in the handle, with an insert on the other end for the square drive. The second is to form a plastic handle on an actual extension, this way the torque is translated continuously through the handle.
