I have purchaged a KENT GRAND+ RO From Tanisi Enterprises, 22 shopping Floor, Krishna Apartment, Boring Road, Patna-800013, Ph-06123210932, 06123225520 by invoice number-5537 on 17-03-2016. AT the time of installation his technician Mr Munna install KENT GRAND+ RO on inappropriate short screw. In duration of different complain redressal KENT RO gone through mishandlings. Because of that mishandling KENT GRAND+ fall in because of this water tank is leaking and tap is broked. My KENT GRAND+ is under warranty uptill now. But the Tanisi is refusing to accept his technician's fault and replacing the leaking water tank and tap.
