What a terrible customer service at trauma unit 163. My brother was operated here at Charlotte maxeke 4days ago and was admitted at tha ICU then moved to ward 377 then later moved to 395. He was discharged on the 1st of Aug 2017. At home he complicated because he couldn't eat anything he drank he kept on vomiting. We took him back to Charlotte maxeke for a check up because he was not healing instead was increasingly in pain and sick. Upon being referred to the trauma unit we found doctors on da front desk who told us to go open a file first on the window office. We found a que No one attended to us its been an hour now. When we ask why is there no one attending to us at the window another admin inside the window told us to just wait it do not matter how long they are busy with so many things they do not deal with one person. …i really didn't get this response and the long waiting when I have a person who's really weak and dying of pains. So unfair and shocking.
