I have been emailing Bethpage collections regarding a misreported late payment in June. I have emailed collections ten times in the past two months, i received one response "what is your loan and this is your reference 137878 " i replied my loan is 9987950046. Then never heard from anyone again. I have ten email confirmations not one reply. I have called customer service - they said too bust to pick up leave a message and number. I have done that as well and never got a call back this is the worst customer service i have ever experienced is there anyone in that department ? this is regarding a late payment reported 1x30 June 2019. I paid that bill through my checking acct June 27th. You could have taken the payment on the 27th )i called it in in the AM, you could have taken it the 28th your could have taken it the 30th it is not my fault that you w/d the money many days later and then report that i paid it in JULY I have a few houses and this has NEVER happened before. It is deducted on the day it is called in unless it is after 9pm, then it is deducted the following day. Had i been told the payment would be marked late i could have easily brought the cash to the branch at the headquarters to make sure my perfect credit stayed intact. I need this blemish on my report removed immediately as i paid on the 27th and i was not told at that time that the payment would not be w/d until july. Again, if i was told this i would have walked the payment in. You cannot treat members this way. Christine Dawson 516 445 0521.
