Also I have tried to contact you regarding the fact that I am unable to remove the four screws on the bottom of the robot to install the battery. The delivery of this item is via Courierplease, but for no reasons they refuse to drop the unit to my doorstep eventhough I gave permission for them to do so. I have just taken delivery of a MyGenie ZX1000 and on opening the box found all parts except the HEPA. There does appear to be an empty recess in the polystyrene packaging where this component should be, but it is not there. Can you please explain what the next steps are to overcome this issue. Should I not receive a response within seven days I will return the complete unit with the full refund for the purchase to be made to my credit card with which I made the payment. The 1300 884 331 number is temporarily out of service. I am not getting a response to a warranty issue email that I sent on 14 March advising I do not have a Google account and cannot submit the details via that channel. I purchased the two x Genie Robotic Vacuum Cleaner ZX1000 from The Block Shop one of which is faulty. Also the instruction manual for the battery installation for the cleaner does not correspond with what is in the unit - I cannot find a snap joint to connect.
