Bank Of America Loss Draft Phone Number

I called that number, and after having to listen to 13 commercials in full, bypassed by pressing pound, I then received a notification that the phone number was incorrect. They gave me a corrected number, which was Bank of America. It was all voice activated with no option to bypass and talk to a human. It could not understand my name and finally hung up on me after telling me it couldn't understand me.

I overnighted a gross recovery insurance check properly endorsed to Bank of America in Mid-May. It did not clear payoff until 6/03/19. On 6/13/19 I received an unsolicited call saying that a check for my substantial equity was sent to me at my law firm P. O. Box on 6/3/19. It is not received as yet and a check with your CSR shows that my equity was sent back by SURFACE MAIL on 6/17/19 with a separate check for refunded escrow sent the same day. This is beyond poor service and a deceptive business practice. As an attorney, I must wonder if there is a class of persons similarly treated and if Bank of America does not our the class interest plus punitive damages. If my check is not received tomorrow, you will hear further from me.
