L live abroad in UK and sometimes ring anz about my account in Aust. Two days ago l did so and was told "my identity cannot be validated" l have never had this problem before. L am told l can make no contact re account and card without going to a NOTARY PUBLIC the only verification available to me and l must get them to varify ID and fax or email, all ID, PASSPORT. AND two other papers etc. This will cost me 150 pounds. L have had no explanation as to why l need to do this. A computer message said my card is reported lost or stolen ; it is not; l have it with me. L also could have provided my secret word. L am told my customer registration number is closed and l need a new one. One assistant said maybe l gave a wrong security answer earlier this year which l do not recal. L deserve a reason for this. L went to ANZ several times in NOV last year if there was a problem l could have been told. Also for verification ANZ could call me at my address in UK. THE PHONE NUMER. IS 44. 1653 696333. Also L HAVE ANXIETY ABOUT POSSIBLE FRAUD BUT THE ASSISTANTS WILL NOT GIVE INFORMATION. This is not my fault, but l have to pay 150 pounds for the procedure throu a NOTARY PUBLIC. THE POLICE DO NOT DO THIS AND L LIVE TOO FAR FROM London To go to embassy.

L am abroad and this week rang about my anz account, but was told it is in need of full ID. And l must responds to your email REMOVAL OF BRANCH TO LOAD OR REMOTE CUSTOMERS. As l live abroad l must go to a NOTARY PUBLIC. L have done this and they have submitted all ID to the required email. They are HETHERTONS SOLICITORS, at YORK BUSINESS PART YORK. The notary public is PHIL ROBINSON. This has cost me 150 pounds sterling. L have had no explanation as to why l needed to certify my ID. L have not reported my debit card lost or stolen. It was suggested l did not pass a security question. L doubt this as l have a secret WORD. Regarding my Debit card. In Feb. 2019 you sent me, here, a debit card. Expiry March 1923. In JUNE 1919. Expiry June 1922. You sent another l did not request, this has an account number at the bottom l do not recognise… The card of Feb has a spelling error in the family name. The cards have different long numbers. ALSO ONE INCLUDES MY SECOND INITIAL AND THE OTHER DOES NOT. L cannot use these cards as l fear they are unsafe due to your making errors. L want an explanation as to why l am denied access to my account which l do by phone. It may be a new terrorist precaution if so l could have been told. L wish my debit card to be sorted out. L hold two now. One has wrong spelling one has a and account number as far as l know l do not hold. L usually only use my card in Singapore and Australia.

ANZ have blocked my card whilst l travel and cash machine swallowed my card. L want a new card and reason for the block.
