I had my checking account accessed by your company without my consent. I gave consent for a one time withdraw from my bank account in July for a payment of 29 dollars. And I was assured that it was only for that one time. I just went to bank and found out that it is in the negative after you accessed my bank account with out my permission for a mother 29 dollar payment on 8-16. I would like to know why it was accessed without my approval. I will be talking to my bank and blocking anymore withdraws from your company from now on and will be going and seeking legal advice over this matter. It is not right to get into someones account without their consent or letting them know. AGAIN I ONLY GAVE A ONE TIME APPROVAL FOR THE PAYMENT ON JULY 19TH NOT ANY OTHER PAYMENT. I WILL BE STOPPING ANY ACCESS TO MY CHECKING ACCOUNT BY YOUR COMPANY.
