Having watched "on depression" and the many avenues A. C. Explored for relief without sufficient confidence in any, can I suggest Gaius Davies book "Genius and Grace". Davies )a consultant psychiatrist at Kings College Hospital)lengthy research into the lives of Luther, C. S. Lewis, John Bunyan and many others reveals how God's grace enabled them to function effectively even with mental difficulties. I know the famous saying " we do not do God" which was right in that context, but in this personal situation might help.
