Adecco Corporate Office Phone Number, Contact Address, Customer Service

My name is Brian Brooks . N yesterday I felt somewhat discriminated against in the Hobart, IN office yesterday. I believe the young lady's name was Melanie. She was very rude, barely talked to us, and never specifically stated to wear steel toed boots to the Orientation for a company I was supposed to have been starting up today. )Albanese Candy Factory) I was turned away because of her misrepresentation, which I'd called her back to let her know she'd never stated that to me, and she started flying off the handle about if people can not follow instructions, then they wouldn't waste their time rescheduling them. She then claimed that she had sent an email to me, as well, which she never did. Now all the while we had been in the office, my fiancé sat there with me and witnessed. I just think there was a bit of unprofessionalism and unfairness through that office which needs to be addressed. Is this the type of people you want representing Adecco for your clients? I am an awesome worker and would have made you all a great candidate for employment, but this just can not continue going on unnoticed. I'm just looking for it to be investigated and see what the big deal really is with them. Thanks, and looking to hear back from someone soon.

To whomever this may concern: My name is Brian Brooks . I am texting you to inform you that I felt a form of discrimination in the Hobart, IN Adecco's office yesterday. I believe the lady's name was Melanie. Well, 1st of all she barely spoke to us when we got there. I was there to do my drug screen and scheduled for Orientation today 09/24/2019. I'm really upset because I feel like I've been deprived out of a job and nothing's been done about it. She had stated that she told me I needed to wear steel toed boots on the job and she didn't. She mentioned I needed steel toed boots for the job, but never said for Orientation. My fiancé was my witness. She sat there with me through the whole ordeal because I had my eyes dilated that day and couldn't legibly read the small print. So she was there to read it for me and I signed. I arrived @ the facility I was reported to start working with for Orientation and was turned away for the error she had failed to mention to me. Afterwards, I called Melanie back and she was being very disrespectful over the phone stating that they wouldn't reschedule someone who failed to follow instructions and no she wouldn't try to get me rescheduled to go back. She then told me that we couldn't move forward as of this also. Now out of all the employers I've ever worked for, Full Time or temporary, I've never had such rude experience as this one. Are you telling me these are the type of people you want representing what Adecco is about? I felt a great deal of rudeness and unprofessionalism. I'm just requesting that someone investigate this situation and see what the issues really are with this co. Because if not, they are going to let a whole lot of great candidates, that would've made perfect employees stray away. There's no way that this behavior needs to keep going on unnoticed. I'm looking for her to be held accountable for her actions, really. Thank you very much and looking to hear back from someone soon.
