After submitting this, the second page did not load. Thus, I never got a user name and password and neither did my grandaughter. I need to finish registration, but need to know that I am not being charged. Please cancel everything regarding alice. I'm a subscriber. I am concerned that all the negative reviews are simply accurate about your company. I've been a customer for many years now. All of a sudden I'm being charged $19. 95 instead of $9. 95 as usual. Only have two students in same family using math program. NO READING. Also, website says 7th. And 8th. Grade, but clearly is NOT available. Please respond, as school has started today. We homeschool, and If you cannot get back to me, I will just shut my account down and go with another math program as there are many to choose from.
