Aao Uscis Phone Number, Contact Address, Customer Service

Honoured Sir, My 2nd application N400 received at USCIS was received 0n 04/02/2019. My 1st application N400 filed in 2012 was rejected in 03/2013 after having passed the biometri and citizenship test, the reason being applied earlier. My new application receipt is IOE0906390526. Uscis sent two 797C notices for biometrics, one on 04/06/2019 which i did not receive. The other one I received today 05/01/2019 and date of biometrica was 04/26/2019. This notice i received after the date is passed. My request to you is to waive my biometrics and citizenship test, as I have passed both in 2012. Your kind approval will be appreciated. Right now I am 63 years old and my husband is 72 year old and both of us are diabatic. Your help will be appreciated. Thanks and kind regards, Hamida Sultana. A055771843.
